Add a way to mark debates as favorites so we can be notified of new activity

Currently I only get notified of new activity in debates that I create.  It would be nice if I could tag debates that other people have created as favorites and be notified when there is new activity in those debates.

I was thinking the same thing except have a favorites list in our profile so we can click on it and then we see our debates that we liked and when we go to other people's profiles we can see their favorite debates as well.
